I went to Brilliant Living Solutions complaining of headaches which I would have for a week during menstruation. My periods would last 7 days, were heavy, offensive and contained clots. I was also diagnosed as anaemic (due to the heavy bleeds).
We decided to try hormone treatment and after three months the amount I was losing was reduced by half, with no clots.
The colour had improved, it was no longer offensive and my headaches were reduced and sometimes none at all.
When I checked with my doctor I was no longer anaemic (so therefore did not require the recommended hysterectomy). 10 months later my periods remain unchanged and headaches are minimal.
